Senior Technical Support Analyst

Role: Senior Technical Support Analyst

Location: Taunton

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve client satisfaction and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and support

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMWare, and Office 365
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
