Senior Technical Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, and Office 365
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve client satisfaction and reduce support requests
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address technical issues and improve overall service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8 years of experience in MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, and Office 365
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
