We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Wealthify. As a key member of our People Team, you will provide administrative support across the business and provide support to colleagues in the office.
Main Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, coordinate with candidates, conduct pre-employment screening and background checks, facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, and manage the offboarding process for departing colleagues.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, and administer employee benefits programs.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with monthly payroll processing, administer employee benefits programs, and manage leave management.
- Training and Development: Support the administration of learning and development for colleagues, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and maintaining training records.
- General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the People team, manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and prepare and provide People reports.
- 1+ years of HR experience
- Passion for our company and its purpose
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's A- C Grade
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient in managing HRIS systems (Hibob experience desirable)
- Competitive salary of up to £25,000
