Welsh Housing Partnership Liaison Role">

We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Housing team as a Welsh Housing Partnership (WHP) Coach on a permanent basis.

This role involves working with our Welsh Housing Partnership properties, providing a person-centred housing service that promotes contract sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with contract holders, identifying their potential and empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • Assist customers with low-level ASB cases, managing ASB caseloads within your area, and working with the Community Safety team and Neighbourhood Income Team.
  • Manage voids and allocations within your area, responding to daily housing management queries.
  • Work with colleagues to deliver a customer-focused housing service.

We offer a competitive salary, based on the national average for a similar role in the UK, around £32,000-£40,000 per annum.

Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for what we do as an organisation, with proven experience in a client service environment.
  • A good standard of education, with a relevant professional housing or business qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, complementing your working knowledge of housing legislation and housing management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management ability, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
