**About the Role**

The Law Society's Wales office seeks a skilled Welsh Legal Engagement Expert to shape the direction of member engagement in Wales.

You will be the primary liaison between our members and Law Society colleagues, promoting awareness of Welsh member issues and developing engagement plans.

This role involves building relationships with law societies, universities, junior lawyers, Welsh firms, and stakeholders by attending meetings and contributing content to communications teams.

As our Welsh Legal Engagement Expert, you will have a varied workload, utilizing diverse skills to create a positive impact for our members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop membership engagement campaigns
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the devolved political environment, processes, and institutions
  • Use your own vehicle for business purposes, ensuring it is legally compliant

**What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in driving member engagement in Wales.
