Job Title: Hockey Program Developer

Welsh Sports Association seeks a skilled individual to fill the role of Hockey Program Developer. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality programs that cater to the needs of priority communities in South East Wales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fostering partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to promote hockey at the grassroots level. Additionally, they will collaborate with local clubs to develop and implement club development plans aligned with the strategic goals of Welsh Sports Association.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver hockey programs that meet the needs of priority communities in South East Wales.
  • Foster partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to promote hockey at the grassroots level.
  • Collaborate with local clubs to develop and implement club development plans aligned with the strategic goals of Welsh Sports Association.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sports programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
