Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the field of food safety and quality assurance? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you.



As a QSR/Retail Auditor with Intertek, you will be responsible for conducting audits of food service and retail clients across the London area. You will work with a variety of global fast-food brands to ensure they are operating to the highest quality standards.



About the Role

This is a zero-hours contract role, which means you will be working on a flexible basis to meet the needs of our clients. You will be required to travel to clients' sites in the London area and work independently to conduct audits.



We are looking for someone with a strong background in food service or retail food, and experience of being audited or conducting audits. You will also need to have a good working knowledge of health and safety in a restaurant/food environment.



Requirements


  • Experience of working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment
  • Experience of being audited or conducting audits
  • Good working knowledge of health and safety in a restaurant/food environment
  • Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
