About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Field Team Manager to lead and energize our Quick Service Restaurant and Retail field teams within Intertek. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading audit teams and understanding auditing best practices, driving improvements, implementing and maintaining processes, and continually improving a range of audit schemes with leading global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the QSR/Retail auditing team, including Team Leaders and Lead Auditors.
  • Maintain effective communication with client-facing teams and QSR/Retail Auditors.
  • Analyze individual auditor performance to ensure client KPIs are met, maintained, and exceeded.
  • Investigate and document complaints for QSR/Retail Auditors.
  • Ensure the Intertek 10X journey is in place for all QSR/Retail Auditors, Team Leaders, and Lead Auditors.
  • Support all QSR/Retail Auditors recruitment aligned with senior business line leaders and Intertek HR.
