The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing OPEX & CAPEX budgets, conducting monthly forecasting and financial reporting to meet contractual KPIs. They will also be responsible for overseeing supplier performance through SLAs and KPIs, ensuring value for money and service delivery.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys managing diverse facilities across multiple locations. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
