Airline Sales Support Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airline Sales Support Executive to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our airline clients, ensuring seamless sales operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze daily and monthly airline sales reports and reconciliation
  • Provide expert analysis and insights to the country manager, sales manager, and sales team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Support the airline country manager and sales team as required
  • Liaise with Airlines' local management and head office
  • Prepare fare filing sheets and fare benchmarking for fare filing
  • Assist in data preparation for sales presentations, business plans, and promotions
  • Prepare route analysis data
Requirements:
  • A background in travel, preferably working for another airline in a sales support or data analyst role
  • Strong Sabre skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
