This role offers the chance to contribute to the delivery of exceptional rehabilitation services to patients with neurological conditions. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide personalized care and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting patients with neurological conditions throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Ensuring seamless communication and coordination between team members

We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development. In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a salary range of £26,000-£38,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with flexible working arrangements and access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
