Casual Care Assistant Position

Advance is a national, not-for-profit provider of housing and support services for people with disabilities and mental health conditions. We are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our customers, and we are seeking a Female Casual Support Worker to join our team in Northampton.
The successful candidate will have a full UK/International driving license, access to their own vehicle, and a willingness to travel to different locations. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
The role involves assisting individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and preparing and cooking meals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required.
The estimated salary for this position is £26,280 per annum, based on 20 hours of work per week at £13.11 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
