Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will be the face of Home Instead, interacting with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to alleviate loneliness and stress

To thrive in this position, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and understanding. You must also possess basic computer skills and be comfortable using technology to record client information and communicate with colleagues.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £11.00 per hour, as well as ongoing training and support to help you excel in your role.
