Job Summary

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Community Carers, providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Visit clients in their own homes using your own vehicle
  • Provide support with personal care, including washing and showering, cooking and serving meals and drinks, and helping with medications
  • Record visits live with our digital care planning system
Requirements
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • High Personal Values that match our own and your colleagues
  • A Professional approach to complete our training and ongoing training
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £13.00ph to £14.95ph contact time, paid on demand with access to 50% of your pay as soon as you have booked off through our app. Additionally, we provide contracted hours for guaranteed minimum earnings, travel expenses paid at 30p per mile, 5.6 fully paid weeks' holiday, company pension, work devices built to deliver care through live digital care plans, and a comprehensive bonus package boosting your basic pay packet.
