We are seeking a qualified counsellor to join our team as a Wellbeing Counsellor, focusing on Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide confidential counselling sessions to employees facing personal or work-related challenges, utilising evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to address individuals' needs and promote resilience.
- Work closely with organisations to implement EAP initiatives, including workshops, training, and crisis intervention support.
- Qualified counsellor with recognised accreditation and experience in providing EAP services.
- Strong understanding of workplace dynamics and the ability to support individuals in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
