BMS Sales Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven BMS Sales Manager to join our Solutions Engineering Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management or business development, with a proven track record in direct BMS system project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales: Proactively identify and pursue new BMS project sales opportunities, driving the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract signing.
  2. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Project Tendering & Proposal Management: Prepare and present technical proposals, tenders, and bids for BMS projects, working collaboratively with the engineering and technical teams.
  4. Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution, from design to commissioning.
  5. Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the sales director.
