Kings College Hospital is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Clinical Measurement Administrator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy Clinical Measurements Department, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Main Duties
  • To act as the first point of contact for users of the Trust, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • To ensure that data input to the hospital IT systems meets required standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • To organise daily office routines, including checking voicemails, emails, reports, documents, and stationery for the team.
  • To process patient referrals within nationally agreed timeframes, adhering to the Trust's Access Policy.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EPIC system and be able to work well in a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Our ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of diagnostic pathways and the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload effectively.
