Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to work in our busy Clinical Measurements Department at PRUH.

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will provide an efficient service to patients in the department and via phone calls.
  • They will ensure accurate and timely data entry into hospital IT systems.
  • Responsibilities include managing daily office tasks, checking voicemails, emails, and EPIC reports, organizing documents, and ordering stationery and equipment as necessary.
  • Processing patient referrals within set deadlines is also a key aspect of the role.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in healthcare is crucial for this position.
  • Familiarity with the Diagnostic/18-week RTT pathway is necessary.
  • Proficiency in the EPIC system is required.

Benefits: Competitive salary range: £29,424 - £31,032 Per Annum, including high-cost area allowances.
