We are seeking an experienced and highly organized clinical administrator to join our busy Clinical Measurements Department at Princess Royal University Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • To act as the first point of contact for users of the trust, responding promptly and efficiently to telephone calls and enquiries.
  • To manage the daily office routines, including checking voicemails, emails, and IT systems for accuracy and timeliness.
  • To process patient referrals within nationally agreed time frames, ensuring adherence to the 2-week wait cancer policy and access policy.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare setting, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of diagnostic pathways and RTT is desirable.
