Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Administration Coordinator to join our Oncology Outpatient team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a highly organized and motivated individual, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical teams, managing reception services, and ensuring the smooth running of our clinic operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient transport arrangements, using our Cerner system and other Imperial software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, adhering to our trust's policies and procedures.
