**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Support Coordinator to join our team in Farringdon. As a Clinical Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our medical professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with our clinicians to prepare and distribute medical reports, manage patient records, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients.

**Salary:** £28,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time roles)

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and distribute medical reports, referral letters, and other clinical documentation
  2. Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  3. Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including chasing outstanding tasks and ensuring timely completion of reports
  4. Respond to patient queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  5. Collaborate with our wider administrative and clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and handover of information

**Requirements:**
- Experience as a medical secretary or in a similar administrative role within a healthcare environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various computer programs and systems, including electronic medical record systems
