Job Summary

The Senior Contract Research Organisation Leader will be responsible for coordinating a CRO ecosystem that aligns with Bicycle's Research and Innovation strategy. This role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive workflows, developing and maintaining relationships with CRO partners, and evaluating external providers for capabilities and quality.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits including a 28-day annual leave entitlement, employer contribution to pension, and private medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive workflows for getting CDAs, MSAs, contracts, communication paths, and purchase orders in place.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CRO partners, acting as Contract Owner and Point of Contact in negotiations and resolution-finding.
  • Evaluate external providers for capabilities, quality, cost, throughput, and timelines in various research assays and methods.
