Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. As a Product Development Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.

You will be responsible for conducting market research, analysing customer data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product development and enhancements. Your analytical skills will help identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring our products meet customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends.

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to visit our office in Leatherhead twice a week.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyse data: understand user perception of our products – collecting customer feedback, studying user interactions with our suite of products.
  • Track and evaluate product performance: track key product performance indicators and product metrics over its lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau).
