Venn Group is seeking an experienced EPR Data Warehouse Project Manager to lead our team in delivering a comprehensive data warehouse strategy. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our EPR data warehouse, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Development of the EPR Data Warehouse

Develop and implement a comprehensive data warehouse strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and statutory requirements.

Manage the Data Warehouse Team

Lead a team of developers in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of the EPR data warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data warehouse and technical teams, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Ensure Compliance and Quality

Ensure that the EPR data warehouse is designed and implemented in accordance with NHS data dictionary and model standards, and that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Manage Reporting and Analytics

Develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision-making, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and extracts.

Lead Audits and Quality Assurance

Lead audits to review the development process and ensure that the EPR data warehouse is developed in line with the EPR report design methodology.

Manage Security and Access

Implement and manage the EPR reporting tools security and access models within the data warehouse environment.

Provide Expertise and Guidance

Provide expert advice and guidance on the application of NHS data dictionary and model standards, and on the development of reporting and analytics solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in data warehousing, SQL Server Management Studio, and data architecture.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of NHS data dictionary and model standards, and experience in developing reporting and analytics solutions in a healthcare environment.
