Job DetailsThis role presents an excellent opportunity to lead our Nesfield Court scheme, supporting 36 flats and approximately 36 residents to maintain their independence.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing service delivery, prioritizing housing management and maintenance needs.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, promoting a sense of community.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- A proven track record in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, including Microsoft Office.
- A valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
