Job SummaryThis position involves managing our Nesfield Court scheme, which comprises 36 flats, providing support for elderly residents to maintain their independence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating service delivery, focusing on housing management and maintenance.
- Fostering resident engagement and community spirit through regular events and activities.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with basic digital tools, such as Microsoft Office.
- A valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
