Job Description

M Group Services Limited T/A Avonline Network Services Limited has a vacancy for a Civils Supervisor to work in our Cumbria office.

As a Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of fibre networks, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality services.

Additionally, you will be expected to lead a team of engineers and technicians, guiding them in their work and ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.


  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and expectations;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking project progress and performance metrics.
