Job Description:

The role of Apprentice Operative is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the building materials industry.

You will join our materials and building products team, where you'll actively participate in manufacturing processes, gaining technical specification and ensuring quality products for customers.

As an Apprentice Operative, you will be bringing life to our Plant Production, making sure we produce a quality product and smash targeted volumes, and also producing new ideas to make production more efficient.

Your duties may include operating production equipment, undertaking basic maintenance and inspections on the site, working both inside and outside, and completing our Professional Development Programme.

We offer a supportive workplace culture that values your development, with opportunities to work on diverse projects across various sites.

Average salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.

Please note you must be able to travel between site and college for this apprenticeship.
