ISQ Recruitment ltd is a dynamic and well-established recruitment agency. We are delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team.

This new role will see you working alongside an existing QA assistant and supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining high standards within the manufacturing process.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Assistant who is passionate about continuous improvement and quality assurance. If you are dedicated to upholding the company's adherence to quality standards and procedures, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform product testing to ensure adherence to specifications and conduct quality audits on production processes.
  • Use measurement analysis tools to monitor quality and record data into spreadsheets.
  • Provide quality and hygiene training for operators and support their ongoing development.
  • Assist with external audits (ISO9001, BRCGS) and ensure the maintenance of quality retention samples and systems.
  • Promote and contribute to a proactive quality and safety culture across the site.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a quality role within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is essential.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths are essential.
  • Competent in using MS Office and quality management systems.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£35,000 per annum based on national averages.
