We are recruiting for a skilled and motivated Garden Centre Supervisor to join our team in North Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in daily operations, contributing to the success of our family-run garden centre.

Your main responsibilities will include leading the Plant Area team, ensuring stock levels are maintained and visually appealing displays are created. You will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with plant selection, promoting current offers and accessories, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Plant Area, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation are maintained.

• Develop and implement effective display plans, showcasing seasonal items and promotions in an attractive and appealing way.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within horticulture is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems would be beneficial.

The estimated salary for this position is around £27,000 per annum.
