Receptionist Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Receptionist Administrator to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained
  • Assist with event planning and coordination

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £20,000-£24,000 (DOE)
  • Early finish on Fridays
  • 33 days holiday
  • Pension scheme
