Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Technology team at Brakes Food Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with our business strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement Salesforce architectures that meet the needs of our business, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensure that all Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our Salesforce community, including coaching and training.
  • Participate in Technical Design Authority (TDA), Cyber Security reviews, and Change Management Boards (CAB) to ensure that our Salesforce solutions meet the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with integration middleware layers, microservices, REST APIs, ETL, and event streaming.
  • Strong understanding of data integration standards and technologies, including Salesforce Service, Sales, and Marketing Cloud.
