Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Management Operative to join our team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of traffic management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement traffic management sites, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards associated with traffic management operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain accurate records of traffic management activities.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adherence to Health and Safety Legislation.
Requirements
  • Current Traffic Management Qualifications are mandatory for this role.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related industry is desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, a fully maintained company van and fuel card, training opportunities, team-building days out, and a generous overtime pay rate.
