Job Description

Fibre Networking Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated Traffic Management Operative to join their team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of the traffic management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of traffic management services for our wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with our team to plan and implement traffic management sites, adhering to National Highways Sector Schemes 12D, 12AB and 12C, as well as relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Undertake risk assessments to ensure compliance with traffic management policies and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with traffic management operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of traffic management activities, including site setup and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Current Traffic Management Qualifications are essential for this role.
  • A driving license is required due to the nature of the position.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is necessary.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or related industry is advantageous.
