Job Summary:

The Residential Property Maintenance Specialist is a full-time role requiring 35 hours per week, with an estimated salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.

This position involves maintaining the property, carrying out audits, and keeping records up to date. The ideal candidate will be considerate and kind when communicating with residents and colleagues.

We are seeking someone with experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping, as well as technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and ideally some IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively inspecting and maintaining the property
  • Carrying out audits and keeping records up to date
  • Performing repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing taps or fitting new extractor fans
