Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Traffic Management Operative to work with us, bringing their expertise and knowledge to ensure the safe delivery of traffic management services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up safe traffic management sites, undertaking risk assessments, and managing traffic sites in line with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up safe traffic management sites in accordance with National Highways Sector Schemes 12D, 12AB, and 12C, as well as relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Undertaking risk assessments in line with traffic management policy to ensure the safety of our employees and the public.
  • Managing traffic sites, including planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A current Traffic Management Qualification is essential for this role.
  • A driving license is required due to the nature of the job.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with overtime paid at an additional rate.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Dynamic and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
