Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Expense Manager to join our team at Pension Insurance Corporation. As a member of the expense management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the budgeting, financial accounting, and daily payment management for all group expenses.

You will work closely with finance business partners to support new business initiatives and help senior leaders understand and plan for costs in their areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and possess advanced knowledge of Excel. They will also have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the monthly close process for cost accounting and purchasing.
  • Providing full lifecycle cost support for change initiatives.
  • Establishing strong process and reporting discipline to ensure data, reports, and quality are of a high standard.

We offer a competitive base salary of £62,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to participate in our annual performance-related bonus plan.
