About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach Leader to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our fitness operations to deliver an exceptional experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Fitness Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our fitness programs, including group training, personal training, and fitness classes.
  • Develop and Implement Fitness Strategies: Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement fitness strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Recruit and Train Fitness Coaches: Recruit, train, and mentor fitness coaches to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality fitness programs.
  • Drive Member Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement and retention, including creating a positive and inclusive fitness environment.
  • Manage Fitness Budgets: Manage fitness budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification: Possess a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner level certification.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience in Fitness Operations: Have experience in fitness operations, including group training, personal training, and fitness classes.
  • Knowledge of Fitness Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
