SIMS Data Manager Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SIMS Data Manager to oversee student data within our school information system, providing essential support in exam analysis, report preparation, and management of information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all student data within SIMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Assist with exam analysis and the preparation of detailed reports.
  3. Prepare SIMS data for each reporting session and manage linked data and information systems.
  4. Stay updated with ongoing developments within SIMS and undertake associated training.
  5. Engage with all members of the school community and external agencies to maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent technical administration and IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  2. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate data.
  3. Flexibility to work additional hours as required.
  4. Previous experience using SIMS or a similar school data management system is preferable.
