Job Title: Finance Assistant

Job Purpose:

TSR Legal have a new opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join their team in Swansea. This role involves providing financial and business support to the EMEA Finance team, collaborating closely with the US Accounts Payable Team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate allocation, reconciliation, and processing of all financial transactions in line with department budgets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable / Credit Control

  • Generate weekly unpaid reports and manage internal processes for unpaid fees.
  • Maintain the weekly voucher report, tracking prepaid customer amounts.

Accounts Payable

  • Process all EMEA payments, including supplier invoices and Wire Transfer Forms.
  • Coordinate with the US Accounts Payable team for timely execution.
  • Validate and assist with Purchase Order requests.

Other Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter financial data into company systems.
  • Analyse financial data, ensuring accuracy and summarising details as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams for finance forms and provide training.
  • Handle various ad-hoc accounting tasks and general office duties.
  • Provide backup support for the Facilities Coordinator as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties relevant to the role.
