Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, your key tasks will involve supporting students with individual needs in their mainstream lessons, working closely with a small group of assigned students during morning registration, and conducting regular 'walk and talks' to understand their emotional needs.
  • Key Tasks: Implementing reasonable adjustments to ensure students can access their learning, recording interactions, escalating issues, and reporting safeguarding concerns according to school procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, team working abilities, creativity, reliability, and a genuine interest in the education sector. A desire to learn and grow professionally is also essential for this role.
