Slot Machine Director Job Description

As the Slot Machine Director at Grosvenor Casinos Limited, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of our slots strategic roadmap. This includes coordinating and managing the implementation of the new Gambling Act when enacted. You will take full ownership and accountability for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our slot machine and e-table offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive slots strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director and operations teams to track, document, and report on slots objectives
  • Create detailed documentation, tracking, and status reports to review progress on deliverables and build compelling business cases for project sign-off
  • Partner with the marketing team to craft promotional plans that effectively highlight our slots product and ensure optimal product performance
  • Resolve project risks and issues, maintain risk registers, and communicate project information effectively to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing a large estate of slots with a high level of commercial acumen
  • Technical understanding of the product and customer
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements of gaming products
  • Project management skills with a history of successful delivery
  • Able to translate diverse requirements into a planned delivery schedule
  • Demonstrates determination and purpose to deliver and achieve the best results for Rank within target time and cost
  • Able to foster and maintain a high degree of trust and cooperation with existing and new product suppliers and our internal customers
