The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Recruitment Consultant at THOMAS Freight, managing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. You will be based out of our office in Bradley Stoke and will work closely with our experienced Directors to achieve business targets and placement goals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in a specialist, fast-paced industry. You will also have the chance to travel to the US and visit clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
- Source exceptional talent in Freight Forwarding and Logistics using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability, ensuring a perfect match with client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and key players in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sectors to better advise clients and candidates.
- Identify and engage with new business opportunities to grow THOMAS Freight's client base in the US and Canada.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and candidate records in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the Directors and the wider team to achieve business targets and placement goals.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits including flexible working arrangements, US travel opportunities, regular social events, and a supportive office environment.
