The RoleYou will play a pivotal role in driving the full recruitment process for Freight Forwarding and Logistics roles across the US and Canada. Based out of our office in Bradley Stoke, you'll manage client relationships, source exceptional talent, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet the needs of our clients and candidates in these dynamic markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in a specialist, fast-paced industry. You will also have the chance to travel to the US and visit clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases) to identify and engage with top talent in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability, ensuring a perfect match with client requirements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and key players in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sectors to better advise clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Identify and engage with new business opportunities to grow THOMAS Freight's client base in the US and Canada.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and candidate records in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Directors and the wider team to achieve business targets and placement goals.
