Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify top talent in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market movements.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to grow THOMAS Freight's client base.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Directors and the wider team to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment or logistics is preferred. You'll need strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships. A motivated self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment is essential.
