Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Specialist to provide efficient and effective administration support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and IT skills, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Liquid Logic systems.

The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' approach to the role and be committed to delivering an excellent support service. They will be able to work in a busy office environment, deal with multiple requests confidentially and professionally, and maintain specific databases.

The role involves dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information, inputting and extracting data, and preparation and production of documents in a professional style. If you have a passion for making a positive difference and are committed to delivering an excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Deal with customer inquiries and requests
  • Maintain specific databases and systems
  • Prepare and produce documents in a professional style
