Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Waterloo Lodge School. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of students with complex communication needs
  • Developing and delivering individualised assessment and intervention plans
  • Contributing to the development of new initiatives and services, working closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for working with children with autism and intellectual disabilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. We offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 per annum (depending on experience), plus a range of benefits, including generous annual leave entitlement, life assurance, and access to mental health support services.
