Lifeguard - Poolside Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Butlins. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld. This is a key role that requires superb attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of our guests
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Run poolside activities and create memorable experiences for our guests
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests
We are looking for individuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. As a Lifeguard, you will need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we are also happy to support you with gaining your NPLQ with us.
