About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Butlin's. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld. This is a key role that requires superb attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of our guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests
  • Work closely with the pool team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests
About You

We are looking for individuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. As a Lifeguard, you will need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail, able to monitor the pool area at busy times. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you. However, we are also happy to support you with gaining your NPLQ with us too.
