Pool Attendant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a lifeguard and pool activity coordinator. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld. This role requires superb attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a strong swimmer with a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. You will need to be flexible, reliable, and punctual, as you will be working alongside a great team and supervising areas independently. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you, but we are also happy to support you with gaining your NPLQ with us too.
